An off topic question but is it odd for you to think about how geographically close you are to North Africa? Like is it a shock when you see a map? I am not trying to be provocative.. just curious. One could ask the same thing for a Sicilian from Trapani for instance.

Anyway, yes it is a little odd, Malta deserves to be a little more to the North because we feel too lonely down here
