They say Italy has a 50% of dinaro-med. I don't agree at all. We have at least 4 predominant phenotypes: dinaro-med, gracile-med, alpine and atlanto-med.
We also have atlantid and some cromagnid types, like berid (Sardinia and the South), subnordid and borreby (especially in the North).

This would be roughly it to my part of Europe (Portugal):
Gracile Mediterranid; Atlanto-Mediterranid; Atlantid; Berid; Alpinid (arranged in no particular order of predominance). Then there are various combinations of the former and Baskid-influenced types also occur.

I look like a mix of Atlanto-Mediterranean and Alpinid. My heritage is far too vast to be able to pinpoint my subrace, since I have heritage from Nrthern, Southern, and Central Europe. My mother looks Sub-Nordid, even though her lips are way thinner than the picture they show. Otherwise, that's her exact face shape and features (when she wasn't overweight, that is.)

Et voilà. I did a morph of dinaro-med, gracile-med, atlantid and alpinid. Dinaro-med and gracile-med are more "southern", atlantid and alpinid more "nothern". The result should be THE italian man
