Default Games you Played When Younger that Shaped You.

I lived in Alaska for 6 months and all I played was Genghis Khan and Wolfenstein 3D.

Genghis Khan shaped me up for any RTS games I ever played in the future. Can't think of any that came close though. I would play Genghis Khan with my brother in law, a true war game since you had to plan all your units to fight and conquer strategically. Wolfenstein 3D is pretty self explanatory. If you were fortunate enough to own a computer in 1993 (I did, damn I also loved Dune and Sim Ant) then you know Wolfenstein 3D "mein punta!"

These games shaped me. Especially Genghis Khan. But nobody knows that game. I am an old man now I guess but these games were pretty bad ass for their time.

Many games for Super Nintendo and PlayStation One. My favourites were Donkey Kong, Super Mario, Mortal Kombat, Oddworld, Driver 1 and 2, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, GTA, Centurion... Wow, I better stop, I'm getting nostalgic

I was part of a bowling league when I was 11 years old and instead of bowling I just played Mortal Kombat all the time. Learned every fatality. When Super Mario 3 game out it was like Jesus descended upon earth. That game was amazing when we first started playing it.

Aye buddy, those were good times. We were as entertained and had as much fun as much as nowadays' videogames.

My favorite game was "Age of Empire". I love strategic games where the speed of fingers does not matter.

Not one single game, but when I started gaming online in the early 2000's it opened my eyes to competitive gaming and also matured me early as a pre teen from chatting regularly with people much older than me.

Tony Hawks Skateboarding, Thrasher: Skate and Destroy. Still love skateboarding, but rarely go out on one now - Last bail cost a lot of money and trouble to fix, and now i have braces the risk outdoes the reward. I'll be back riding in a couple of years though i hope . The great irony is that the fall that put me out of business for the longest is the one where i was wearing all my safety gear, and i almost always wore none at all (cause it's inconvenient as hell). Never wearing safety gear again, bad luck .

Other games... Stronghold, Pharaoh, Age of Empires, World of Warcraft (bad game now). There's still some things on World of Warcraft that i consider unfinished, but i'm reluctant to go back because it's just a shell of what it used to be. Kind of a veteran at player-versus-player combat (6+ years as a warrior), but never made it big time, although my best buddy did, on multiple classes - gifted bloke.
