8/10. Cinematography and acting was good. Had several epic scares. Not sure if I'd watch it again though.

separate timelines that eventually converge into one, but I thought that emphasized the ferocious desperation the characters were feeling and upped the stakes for them.

Even though there were largely no females on the main cast, I didn't mind this. There was a lot of romance woven into the story, especially at the point when Tom Hardy's character coasts down to the shore then burns his plane. Just fucking spectacular. I thought my ovaries were going to plop out of my body at this point. My friend said he's ugly AF but wtf does she know lol.
