What is the last movie you watched ?

Last night i watched, Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King

I did not even know about QuadrigaCX and Gerald Cotten before watching the documentary.

I enjoyed this one far more than expected (had low expectations as I dislike Tarantino), really chill/laid back film.


This one too. I liked it. Didn't expect that since I found original Blade Runner boring. Cinematography is incredible in this one, a feast for eyes and it's main asset.

Watched here the last episode of Ghostbusters 2021.

The plot itself is very simple: the grandchildren of one of the former hunters catch ghosts, they are joined by the old men from the very first series of 1984 and they successfully defeat everyone.

However, some details are striking: the first series took place in New York, the main characters, prosperous scientists, organized a company to catch ghosts. They do not live in poverty and they themselves have developed and manufactured equipment for hunting.

Now the story is this: the company went bankrupt. One of the members fled to Oklahoma, stealing (lol!) all the equipment. There he conducted experiments alone and, in the end, died.

His daughter and grandchildren (with whom he had not previously communicated or helped) were thrown out of the apartment for non-payment of rent. And with the children, she goes to that same Oklahoma in the hope of receiving at least some inheritance from her deceased father. There is no money at all. The car is old.

The American province itself looks like some kind of garbage dump that has not been repaired since the 60s and where earthquakes are now occurring due to the development of shale oil or gas. Getting a job even in a diner is almost impossible.

All ghost catching is done with old 80s gear on the same car from the 1984 movie.

The general feeling is the approach of the era of Mad Max.

And one more note. Previously, in American films, a school teacher was almost a university professor, a person of high level and ethics. And now in the films the teacher is an idiot, often dumber than children.

Watched this movie 3rd time in my life today.
It's very good, never gets booring, based on true story.
