    Paris, Texas (1984).

I always find Wim Wenders' films to be overly long.

Ice Age 3. I still have a little one in the house, so I don't go to many movies at the theatre (two or three a year). And most of those are 'child-friendly' films. Moreover, I've never really enjoyed being pent-up with strangers, watching something that I can't control (volume, clarity, lighting, et cetera). I'd rather watch a good DVD at home.

As Octothorpe writes, I rarely go to the cinema, preferring to watch movies of interest at home.

Last several: "Taking Chance" with Kevin Bacon, "Ratatouille," "Madagascar," "Wall-E," "Over the Hedge," (my family loves animated movies, my mom has over 300 in her collection) and season 2 of "The Tudors."

Addio Africa (posted it somewhere). About the (let's just put it bluntly) the incredible level of barbarism of the African. Shot in 1964 at the height of decolonization and not polluted by left-wing political correctness. A very good film 8/10 (I am still feeling nauseated)

I saw The Hangover last weekend. I previously mentioned somewhere on the forum how it failed to make me laugh. By contrast Bruno made me a laugh a lot, simply because it was so silly. I hate comedies that don't make me laugh.

I wanted to go to the cinema today, but there was nothing showing that triggered my interest.

I saw G-Force last night with the family. Even though the main characters were guinea pics (and a mole) it still managed to be multicultural as one of the guinea pigs was voiced by a Negro (and sounded like it) & another guinea pig was Latina.

I also saw the promo for "The Princess & the Frog"movie where the princess is a little colored girl, And the prince is named Naveen. It comes out in November.

Walt Disney will have a cow when they unfreeze him & he sees what has become of his company.
