Of the choices, the Baconator...
One place I will miss from northern Illinois is the Culver's hamburger shop. They are a small regional chain that is family owned. My favorite of theirs is the Mushroom and Swiss cheese burger.
Mushroom & Swiss - Recipe No. 11
We begin with fresh, never frozen, Midwest-raised beef, seared on a grill after you order. Add white button mushrooms sautéed in butter, salt, pepper, parsley and a touch of garlic. Then top with real Wisconsin Swiss cheese and serve on a lightly buttered, toasted bun.

I never ate any of those.
We have our own fast food here and when there is pljeskavica around, who needs this American crap. It's cheaper, it's better. Eat it once and you will never taste burger again.
