Try to do things that take your mind off of the need to smoke. Find a hobby perhaps that keeps your mind focused on something else. Playing a sport maybe?

I used to smoke cigarettes, but then when I started feeling chest pains I panicked and stopped immediately!

Think about the money you can save. Just do the math and play around with it. Look at the future legislation of cigarette taxes by your government. Then you'll stop smoking.

Yea that is a very good point. So much money is spent every year on cigarettes and it doesn't do you any good either. You pay to become unhealthy and risk lung cancer ect.

Electronic cigarettes could do it for you. If you don't mind having something that doesn't resemble an actual cigarette, though, I'd recommend going with some kind of big battery mod. Get your nicotine fix without the smoke, find your perfect flavors, etc. Used to smoke hand rolled cigarettes and cigars in my late teens up until I was 21. Don't anymore, just vape.

I like smoking too lad.
No big deal.
People overeat,overconsume,overdrink and such...

Smoke a bit and then quit it.
That worked for me.
