For you I'd go with this, lighter colours to compliment your skin tone (you can go with red colour too), almost full turtleneck line to cover a bit of your neck, not too tight and not too wide shirts.
instead of pants or whatever, you should wear jeans. It will make you look more sporty and less 'static'.
Jacket should be medium length, maybe with a hood to put an accent to your face, not body.
