Black as night and I put lots of sugar because it is my energy drink -starter .I don't use sugar in anything else ,only with coffee and my coffee mug is a kind of bucket ..huge one ..

I drink Turkish coffee too ofcourse ,but it is rather a social cofee ,I can't take the preparation ritual everytime I need coffee. Only with friends.

I'm a coffee addict/lover!

I don't drink filter coffee, its too light for my taste.
I prefer Frappe, Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Mochaccino, Cold Espresso and Cold Cappuccino (very popular in Greece).

I drink them black.

I allways wondered why Europeans call "Turkish coffe" stong boilde coffe, when Turkish "Turkish coffe" is prett light. (Just like you said socializing). I was quite surprised when tried "Turkish coffe".

I don't know European style Turkish coffee and if our Turkish coffee tastes light compared with it or not ,I guess it depends how you make it..If you make your coffee on coal fire or very low fire ,it you take coffee beans ,roast them and grind it with hand mill ,share the foam equally, taste with sugar harmoniously ,heat the cofee mugs your coffee tastes better..A big ritual and needs skill .Especialy if your guests prefer their coffee in different tastes (low sugar ,medium or sweet ) it becomes a real challenge to serve it without killing the foam..

I usually drink my coffee with milk and sugar, although i do like having just black coffee with no milk or sugar as well.

I drink coffee at a ratio of about 1 cup of coffee for every 4 cups of tea, but i do enjoy it.

No sugar ! ! ! A little cream and sometimes a bit of chocolate.

In contrast to the many fast ways to go about making coffee nowadays, I can understand why.



I am currently brewing coffee on freshly ground vanilla coffee with a stove top espresso machine.
