Default A question regarding Fyrom, Greece, Serbia and Bulgaria

I would like to ask my Greek brothers and sisters something. I would prefer no other nationalities to post here except for Greeks, plz.

I would like your honest answer, brothers and sisters. Do you, as Greeks, believe its in the best interests for the Greek nation if Fyrom joins Bulgaria? Or do you think its best they integrate with Serbia?

As a Serb, and as a friend of the Greeks, who has no ill feelings towards the Greek nation and people, a Greater Bulgaria that will include Fyrom poses a greater threat to the nation of Greece. Greater Bulgaria will not only be a larger territory but she will have a larger border with Greece and will surround Greece dangerously more.

Don't you, as Greeks, believe it would be better/wiser if Serbia and Bulgaria share her borders with Greece. A border with Serbs would mean a common border with GUARANTEED PEACE and STABILITY, also, it would keep Bulgarian ambitions in-check, i.e, an attack on Greece would mean an attack on Serbia as well?

    PS Please be honest!

I couldn't care less as long as they don't try to impersonate Greek history.
Being a stand-alone nation, join Bulgaria or Serbia, I don't care.

Novi Pazar, you need to get over of your sick Serbian dream of expanding onto Bulgarian lands like Novakovic and Milosevic once dreamed of doing that. Look where they are now. One died a bitter old man and another got assassinated in the Hague jail.

You just need to accept that we are not Serbian and celebrating a stupid religious holiday doesn't suddenly make us Serbians. But I am sure you also think the moon is an ethnic Serbian that got Bulgarized and then stolen by the Albanian mafia...

    We are Bulgarians, why?

    Because we are;

Linguistically Bulgarian; with same grammar rules, proto Bulgarian vocabulary exist in our dialect, and Macedonian, like Torlak, is a dialect of Bulgarian. Macedonian is a dialect that belongs in the continuum of Eastern Balkan Slavic. Sharing some vocabulary also don't make us Serbian.

Culturally Bulgarian; Ochrid was one of the major learning centres in the Bulgarian, and by extension, Slavic world. Our Churches are wholly of Bulgarian origins, our disciples like Naum or Kliment were of Bulgarian origin, not Serbian.

Ethnically Bulgarian; Vardarskaya Macedonia was full of Slavs that came from same stock of Slavs in Thrace. We were united with the name Bulgarian that describes our union. No Bulgarian gives a flying crap if some of our leaders were of Turkic or Iranic or Slavic origin. Just as the English people don't care that their queen is German.

Finally, Macedonia won't be annexed by anyone anytime soon. International powers will continue to support this state as they have with Austria or Moldova. Once Macedonians get over with their nationalist mania they'll start asking obvious roots about their origins ... and I think you are intelligent enough to figure what that will be.

^ I would prefer a Greek answer not a young propagandist like you Thraex.

Anyway, with all of your nonsensical statements, it was only SERBS, who were, on numerous times, relocated from Axios to Asia Minor (7th through to the 12th Cent), EVEN, captured and sold off as slaves to the Moors in Iberia and the Arabs in Syria. Where are the B'lgari, dear Thraex?

Have a GORDOSERVON day to you young Thraex!

I think the best solution is to join Albania (~30% of territory) and make referendum about Slavomacedonian independence, join Bulgaria or join Serbia.
''POSSIBLE SOLUTION 1'' is very good I think http://alexgr2000.deviantart.com/#/d5n0tzm

But your idea (join Serbia) is not very good, because the real slavomacedonian-serbian (slavic) borders/connection is very small ... the biggest part of F.Y.R.O.M's northern border is Albanian inhabited from their own side of this border and from the other side of the border too (I mean Kosovo and Preshevo/Presheva... CLICK!).

The only logic ''Slavic solution'' is to join Bulgaria, because this F.Y.R.O.M-Bulgarian borders are ~90% slavic inhabited (I mean this region https://maps.google.de/maps?hl=de&ll...17114&t=m&z=10 ). But I think the most slavs in F.Y.R.O.M dont like Bulgaria.

Its not easy to talk about ''perfect solution''.

Maybe a independente F.Y.R.O.M like balkanian Luxembourg or Switzerland is the best solution for all, but the Slavs of F.Y.R.O.M choose the ''ancient way of life and historical falsification'' and not the ''european way''.
    F.Y.R.O.M is a complex problem.

^ Okay, fair enough! Alexandros, would you be contempt if a greater Bulgaria shared more of your border?
