1 million persian slaves sold in Central Asia?

How would one know if a Central Asian turk was descent from ancient Iranian or modern Persian? . Like for example where did all those millions persians slaves gone to? did they became Turkicized?

No man I was checking the history of slavery of Middle east and Europe on wikipedia, just curious and than I found this by chance... and it got me thinking where the heck all those Persian slaves disappeared to?

Maybe they have assimilated into Turkic racial identify and society?

As for modern Central Asia, Uzbeks and Tajiks have some Perisan blood preserved.

Couldn't find anything more what happened to them, only that they were slaves captured by Turks. My only best guess if they were Turkcized.... what else could it be?
