No, it isn't. By any stretch.
The mothers of the greatest Ottoman sultans like Osman I, Mehmed II, Selim I and Suleiman I were Turkish noblewomen. After Suleiman, mothers were non-Turkish concubines, but even so, Ottoman sultans were completely patrilineal.
In historical European monarchies, nobility from different nations used to intermarry and there were a lot of people with mixed identity and divided loyalty. There was no such thing for the Ottomans, who were a Turkish dynasty through and through.

PS, yes most of those "Bosniaks" were Serbs or Croats. (I am not trolling).
Bosnian. Check their relatives, offten they were Orthodox bishops
All Sokolovići were Serbs (their relatives were patriarchs, Makarije, Antonije, Savatije, Gerasim), Hasan-paša Predojević as well (his brother Metropolitan Maksim)

I know about Sokolovic,some Bosniaks view him as bosniak personally he is serb in my eyes

The main bulk of the noble Ottoman Beyliks at the begining were Turkmens. After 2nd or 3rd generation they all became constantly Serbian, Bosnian, Greek, Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, French, Danube Bulgarian, Circassian etc etc....
