According to this site there are no Tydals, Baltids or Lappids in East Norway. The Paleo-Atlantid(Tydals) are just as common here as anywhere else in Norway and there is definitely Baltid and some Lappoid influence as well.

plus i think i read it says atlantid goes into North-Atlantid when its actually Atlanto-Med

I love how people always make northen Portugal having different phenotypes from the south.

Like I said, people with "Paleo-Atlantid/Tydal" phenotypes are just as common here in south-eastern Norway as anywhere else in Norway, but according to the distrubtion map on his site they one would think there were higher concentration of such types in western and central Norway.
Also Baltid types are just as common if not more so than North Atlantids here in East Norway, yet North Atlantids are highlighted on the distribution map while Baltids are not.
Also various Alpinoid variants are quite common here, the lack of other phenotypes and the Nordidness of us East Norwegians compared to other regions is rather exaggerated in old anthropological works.
