We see a few trends here as far as the Mediterranean goes, and I am going to outline them here (it doesn't matter if people agree or not with these, this is what the maps show):
1) Southernmost Iberia has nearly all the same types as NW Africa, though in different frequency. Is also true of Sicily, and to a lesser extent southernmost Greece and islands.
2) Sicily does NOT have Dinarids. On the contrary, they do have a fairly high prevalence of Armenoids.
3) There is overlap in types between Turkey and the Balkans, and not just Greece either.
4) Southern Italy has a minor frequency of NW European types, while many of the key "Slavic" types extend all the way down the Balkans into Greece.
