European Martial arts

Is there any European Martial arts? If so, is it something we don´t now of or something we just put in the category as Karate etc.
If there is one, who is with me to start one ?

these are few that I remember.. there are many others...

actually I'm training in traditional swordfight (including axe,scramasax and shield) knife combat (italian sistem) and traditional boxing.

And unlike karate etc bullshit these are not some oriental balley, these are effective combat disciplines.

Sambo is basically Jiu-Jitsu/Judo derivative.

No it isnt, it has some influence in Judo, but mostly from traditional wrestling systems.

Also every martial art has influences from something else, even east Asian MA have roots from India
