Nope, that is Bulgarian alphabet which was created by the order of the bulgarian king for the bulgarian orthodox population.

Codex Harcleianus VI century. It looks same as Medieval Cyrillic. Konstantin of Preslav added letters for Slavic sounds, to Greek alphabet.

It is Greek alphabet with dozen of new letters.
By your logic, any Nation using latin has its own alphabet.

PS It was adopted for Old Church Slavonic. (Language of Slavs arround Thessaloniki mixed with language of Moravian Slavs)
