    That's my optimal preference as well. Then again there are dozens and dozens of varieties. I remember when I was living in Rome I had to restrain myself from going to the arancini fast food restaurant because I didn't want to gain weight.

    If anyone is ever in Rome, go to Mondo Arancina. You will not be disappointed.
