A 19 size smaple about a 14 millions size population is an error. Your problem if you not understand it. Since a 19 size sample is a good sample from a 100 resident size small medieval village only.

I cannot recall the name of the study. Archaeologists found a grave in north-western Kazakhstan and some scientists tested the DNA if memory serves me correctly.
