North Atlantid/Atlantid/Atlanto-Med vs North Pontid/Pontid/East Med

Can someone explain to me what makes these types differ from each other? besides the fact one is found in Eastern Europe and the other in Western Europe. What anthropoligical traits set them apart and make them distinguishable from one another?

Robustness(height in particular, also body types differs as well, slight differences in skull), pigmentation(those NordAtlantids NordPontids are basically like Nordid with eyes or hair being darker),
tendencies do be admixed with different subtypes(Nordatlantid with Keltic type, Eastmed with Armenoid etc.).

East-Meds also have the most prominent noses from all of those types mentioned

From my experience, Nordpontid is not a stable type and I would remove it.

North Atlantid and Atlantid are slightly more "horsy" sometimes.
Atlanto-Med is basically Atlantid with extra Med tendency.

What about this Greek actress, Graham, is she North Pontid or North Atlantid in your opinion?





I have noticed that Pontid-Meds are usually a bit shorter than Atlanto-Meds, their eyes are a bit larger and their lips fuller, it might be an East-Med influence...

Yeah Atlanto-Meds are more robust and taller than pontids. Gracile Meds would be a better comparison to them.

Not to good with Pontid-Meds, East Meds compared to West.. knowledge.. Better leave that question for the Iberians.
