Default Serbian langiage = Croatian language?

Serbian language = Croatian language? At the Bulgarian universities is called Serbo-Croatian language (Сърбо-хърватски език).

Shouldn't it be called now the Serbo-Croatian-Bosnian-Montenegrin language?
