Half breed president ruling a majority different race of population

After looking at the list of president of wikipedia I want to know why so many ethnic minorities managed to reach to such high position? Here is a list of full blooded and half breed origins ruling people of predominately different origins.

Obama, the President of U.S from 2008 - 2016 ( president 2 times ) ruling a predominately White population with insignificant minorities off less than 5%. His father is Kenyan while her mother is White American.



The first president of Seychelles in Africa had a Chinese grandfather with a white mother, he is Eurasian. President from 1976 to 1977. Ruling a 89% Black population with insignificant minorities. Such people make up less than 0.001%

That's not very well informed. The so called "minorities" in the U.S. aren't insignificant. White are in the path to become "a minority". You should get updated data.

The 5% was referring to Asians and Middle easterners. Americans don't consider them as Americans but rather foreigners.

My demographic data was from 2006 by the way but I just didn't include Africa American as insignificant minority.

Hispanic also includes White people but born and raised from Latin culture.

People from Madagascar are not Black, they are related with Southeast Asians. They are a blend of Black with Polynesian.

People of Madagascar are black for sure. The Merina are 50% Black but the coastal ethnic groups are 60-80% Black. For African American they would be considered Black in everyway and form.

Her mother was all mixture of European. The Chuvash also have some mongoloid admixture but are predominately white genetically like slavic only Kamlyks are not.
