    Default Classify Mustafa Kemal Ataturk

Despite his light hair and eyes, he looks pretty Turkish to me, his facial features/bone structure/eye shape are pretty typical of many Turkish people I have known.

Pigmentation aside, he looks Anatolian, but he can easily pass in Balkans (especially Greece).

You should rephrase that sentence with "Turkish" because Ataturk`s ancestors had no relation with Anatolia. They were from Kocacik village, Debre-Macedonia and they were living there for centuries. There is no such a thing as "Anatolian" ethnic group either.

But yes, ignore his blondism, Ataturk`s facial features are typical Turkish. He is alpine too, which is the most common phenotype among Turkish people. He is a typical Balkan Turk as you can find many Balkan Turks looks like him. My father and almost all the men in my family looks like him too.

In which case, if he had no relation to Anatolia, you prove others' point he's just a Turkicized local But he looked neither Bulgarian, nor Albanian (that place's locals). Very untypical for any of these. If anything, outside Turkish, he looked Greek...

And Turks are a great mixture of elements: according to genetics 80% of their ancestry is native Anatolian, 5% European and 15% Turkish. This guy is simply Anatolian, descendant of Turkish colonists sent to Macedonia to Islamize and "stabilize" the region.

    His parents:

Mother is Alpine with slight Turanid vibe. Father is Alpine mixed with something else.

His sister (Alpine mixed with a bit of Turanid):

Just normal Turks. They can pass as typical brunet Romanians.
