How are native ethnic minorities in Russia percieved by Russians?

I gave you negreps for posts which 1) insult me or 2) include obvious trolling/false claims like Estonians being like Udmurts. I've met Udmurts, mind you.

I have met Udmurts and saying that "Estonians and Udmurts look the same and are brothers" is just retarded. Udmurts are to us what Persians are to Germans.
