Well, yes, but my point was that Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are not Eastern but Central Asia, and they are mostly Caucasoid. Also, from Anthropological point, Russian Far East is inhabited mostly by white Russians, so there is no really point.

yeah but culturaly russia can be considered an east asian nation because there is no east asian culture to begin with. East asians are not one culture, Japanese, korean and chinese are too different.

Japanese speak isolated language, koreans speak isolated language, chiense speak sino tebetan language family. Russians speak indo european language family. Macau and hongkong speak cantonese which is a bit different to mandarin. Mongolians have Altaic language family.

Japanese write with kanji characters. Chinese are using simplified chinese characters. Taiwanese use traditional chinese characters. Korean are using korean letters which is a writing system similar to us using letters. Russians are using Cyrillic. And mongolians used to write with mongilian characters but are now using Cyrillic alphabet.

Japanese have a mix of atheism, Buddhism and Shintoism as religion. Chinese have mix of atheism, Buddhism and taoism and kuficius ideology and some islam. South Korea has a mix of atheism, Buddhism and Christianity. North Korea has mix of atheism, Buddhism and juche ideology. Russia has mix of atheism, Russian orthodoxy, Buddhism and islam.
