If this was a situation where I was forced to marry someone, and I could marry only a mestiza or a mulatta, I would quietly find and marry a European girl instead. We would then move to the Alaskan outback so that we could drop out of sight. The planet has billions of people, and the "authorities" would have better things to do than to ensure that I obeyed their marriage laws.
