Basic Turkish speech would be easy to learn but it`s really difficult to learn Turkish in advance level and speak properly.

100s of different suffixes and letter changes in the words when you attach them would probably overwhelm you

As far as i read, Macedonians have about similar number of Turkish words with you Bosnians and Serbs.

Bulgarians had the same number of words with you before but they eliminated more Turkish words than you and replaced those with Russian ones after 1880s.

I am sure Albanians have 1000 or so Turkish words but not as many as you guys have.
