Having a role in a terrible massacre, shameful? no its great glory according to you

It is a war. Deaths happen on both sides and lies are nothing new in wars. You people have already tried accusing Ratko Mladic of war crimes and you couldn't even find him guilty even though you accuse him of commanding soldiers that killed over 7.000 people and call it the worst massacre since WWII. 11 charges of "war crimes" and you can't even prove him guilty. I think it is time to give up on this entire situation.

Shame? For what? Supporting our brothers in time of need? The only shame I feel is that we did not do enough for them. They have helped us many times but during their time of need we were unable to support them as much as we should have.

It's different when its war and that country has a fair chance, and when genocide is practically transpiring and you aid that country to make the genocide even worse.
Ratko Mladic's trial began in may 2012, they aren't finished yet.

Greece should have backed up Serbia more in the last Balkan wars. Unfortunately, it was a few Greek volunteers who helped the serbian army capture Srebrenica and kick those balkan turks out of Republika Srpska, instead of half the Greek army.

Not the whole population in Greece. I think the massacre of women and children is a terrible disgrace no matter who are the perpetrators of this crime.

It is interesting to see Greeks whine about our own people having been slaughter by Germans or Turks but then supporting a similar massacre conducted by our own people in a fight that wasn't even ours to begin with

For the record, this incident is virtually unknown to the Greek public, the only reason I know it is because I somehow stumbled upon this story a few years ago. The majority of Greeks are not aware of this.

What children and what women? I have no intention to argue (dont get me wrong, I am not offesnive twoards you ) Srebrenica is not about women and chidren.
