Not really. They'll approximate the less 'prestigious' race in terms of de facto behaviour, and they'll probably be some intermediate variant in terms of genetically determined qualities.

No, its not easy to say at all. The children mixed race couples can vary heavily within their own family. Not all mixed race people are attractive, either. Sometimes we can end up looking kind of odd. Basically, you are not going to get the same outcome each time, in terms of genetics, so you can't really say whether mixed race people are inherently superior/more beautiful than other races.
