Central Italy can't have more than 40% R1b. On a recently published peer-reviewed study Lazio and Marche were 35% R1b. I guess the map did an average with Tuscany who have a higher percentage of R1b, especially NW Tuscany (40-45% on average with some parts scoring more than 60%).
