I don't get it, are Khoisand even pure black? they don't look like that at all. Do some have Mongoloid or European admixture?
Why are some Khoisan so much more lighter than the other Khoisan? I would not be surprised if they have non-black admixture.

In addition, our analyses reveal extraordinarily unbalanced gender-specific contributions of the various population genetic components, the most striking being the massive maternal contribution of Khoisan peoples (more than 60%)

They are as black as an other black African no difference, now that they are physically distinct in some aspect yes, just like Med-Euros, South-east Europeans are physically and genetically distinct (to a smaller extent ) to some of their northern-Euro counterparts.
