I think that 'white' (ultimately a ridiculous term) is generally considered to be proportionate to the TOTAL amount of native European admixture; not always pigmentation. So, in that respect, Jews on average are about 60% white - but again, it's really an antiquated concept...or at least should be.

It is the equivalent to saying that because a small insignificant race in the grand scope of things doesn't have high mixing, although this is laughable as Jews have tons more when their population is scaled in comparison to whites, that somehow they are more pure. A silly idea. There are more mixed whites because there are more whites, not because Jews are to any extent less mixed. Israeli Jews are not very white at all compared to American Jews. It's really just Ashkenazi Jews that could lay claim to this idea, but even then it is wrong when compared to Jewish mixture within their small population compared to white mixture within their population. To give you an idea. If you removed 600 million pure whites, you'd still have more purity in whites than in the Jewish population when scaling population sizes to purity.

You are not scaling though and therein lies your fallacy. When you scale the entire Jewish pure population to the entire European pure population, the Jewish population of pure lines is negligible by comparison. It's very few by comparison. Israel is essentially a mixed race country even among Jews.
