Turkey would win imho. Turkey has second biggest army in NATO and those Latin American countries don't have capable army. Turkey would overwelm them on land, air and sea plus they have nukes which those latin american countries don't have.

That was just a nationalist circus. They got severely stomped. They were lucky Britain did not invade them afterwards. Chile could easily take Argentina nowadays. The other military history of Argentina is just bullying other smaller nations.
