Would you date someone who already had children?

Well, I'm 41 now so any woman on my age range will definitely have a kid at least. At this point of my life I'd actually be suspicious if I date someone on her early 40's late 30's who got no kids lol

I'm not opposed to it, but a couple conditions would be necessary to make it tolerable. I wouldn't date a single mother who had sons, call me weak but I have no interest in trying to fix the problems of identity for boys with no father. Those kids are way too damaged, men need to be raised by their biological father to be healthy. I also wouldn't date her if she was one of those single mothers opposed to having any more children. Basically, if she's not interested in starting a family with myself, I'm not interested either.

It isn't for me. I am not a child-friendly person and would find is extremely hard. The ex-girlfriend or ex-wife never leaves the picture. Whether you like it or not, she's always there. There will always be contact between the two of them even if it is about who will take the child for the weekend or if they got an A for Maths. I am not a jealous person, but I also don't want a relationship with someone's ex always in the picture.

It is also hard from the child's point of view. My mom and dad divorced when I was 4, and she wasn't the most emotionally stable of people (although she's calmed tremendously in the last 10 years). She had strings and strings of boyfriends. I cannot even remember all their names anymore. Some were nice, some were not so nice. But I never felt like I had my mom to myself. I always had to compete with men for her attention and share her with someone else. And whenever they fought (which was often) it was normally about me. I'd lie in bed listening to all the fighting about me. It was horrible and not something I would wish on anyone.

I am againts that stepfather or mother's boyfriend phenomen.

I am not child friendly either and taking care of other ppl kids in not in my plans. I would be like, why i am doing that? I find that the kid in picture is even worse than the ex. Instead of a possible ex in picture, i would be like, why i am taking care of his kid and also pleasing that kid's mother. I could help my kids and my own family instead of helping another family.

And for the child's point of view, i would be like, what is some random men intruding in my family and what is he doing around my mother? Why don't he go back to his family? My mother is not some other man's property. He's doing my mother and he's the one who is mad instead of me? So his problem is that i have a direct blood relation with my mother and she should love me more than that man because i come from her and he comes from an family? I hear all kind of stories everywhere where women put men before their own kids and it shouldn't be that way. I could tolerate another man with sister or daughter, but with my mother, it's an other thing and i would tell them to stay away from her. People can tell me that ' it's her life or hapiness ' how much they want but i can't take it when an other men comes before me to my mother. Ah i didn't notice that you posted that years ago btw, i was just a bit bored.

I have to be 10000% serious to do so. Thankfully, my parents are still together, but I heard some horror stories of children recounting stories of their mothers or fathers bringing someone new every day.

I won't even date a chick who is obsessed with her dog t.[90% of femoids], so children that aren't mine are a definite no.
