Jobbik: We stand with the brotherly people of Azerbaijan in the spirit of strong solidarity

Jobbik issued a statement Monday expressing solidarity with the people of Azerbaijan at 21st anniversary of the Khojaly massacre by Armenian troops.

On February 26, 1992 Armenian and Russian troops invaded Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region including the town of Khojaly that was completely destroyed in the offensive; the troops massacred the fleeing population of the town killing 613 civilians including 83 children and 106 women. More than 150 people's fate is still unknown.

The undeclared war began in 1988 and claimed the lives of more than 20 thousand Azerbaijani. Armenian militants expelled more than 660 thousand Azeris that have been living in Armenia for centuries by carrying out ethnic cleansing. Armenia is still occupying nearly one-fifth of Azerbaijan's territory.

To settle the conflict the UN Security Council, the Council of Europe, the OSCE and the European Parliament called for the adoption of a resolution aimed to solve the conflict, but Armenia categorically rejected it. The objective even today can't be other than restoring the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, ceasing Armenian military occupation of the occupied land, and ensuring the return of refugees to their former homes. Jobbik therefore, resubmitting the April 11, 2011 draft resolution in parliament, with the names of those countries that condemned the Khojaly massacre.

Jobbik – in the Turanian spirit of solidarity - supports Azerbaijan's efforts to restore justice and bring a lasting and peaceful solution to the conflict says the statement signed by Jobbik Deputy Floor Leader Márton Gyöngyösi.

Thanks to Hungary, not only Jobbik and their supporters because i know that whichever political idea they follow, most Hungarian politicians agrees with this issue.

Turanism is not only a racial issue, it is a cultural and political movement. You don`t necessarily have to be textbook Turanid to join

How he looks is irrelevant here. It`s the historical facts are what matters.

If this guy marries with an Azerbaijani woman, then his kids probably looks like them or an Azerbaijani guy marries with an Hungarian women, their kids might look like Hungarians.

It`s quite possible to see a change in the look of people in 1-2 generations.
