    Default Which past songs if appeared today would be a hit even with todays sound standards?

    Could those songs be called a classic? No matter how the sound of the time is going, if they appear with the exact same sound as originally, they would remain world hits. A not outdated sound.
    As for one, i go with this. A jewel from 89, the multi influential The Jesus and Marychain "Blues from a gun". Bombastic, distorted pop.
