The 'true Aryan' knights of the west - the Teutonic Knights!

2) Despite that both faced the Mongols and only the Samurai soundly defeated them in combat, most feel Teutonic Knights are superior.

Well according to the experts the Katana is the best hand weapon ever conceived, so I guess I'll go with Samurai.

The Knights had supreme armament and equipment, and high morale to boot (Gods chosen army etc. etc.), though were shamed pretty badly at Grunwald.

On the other hand few can match the sheer fanaticism of the Japanese

Well according to the experts the Katana is the best hand weapon ever conceived, so I guess I'll go with Samurai.

Even when the 'experts' tested the European long sword agains the Katana, it really couldn't compete.

Teutonic knights had quite a few triumphs but also some significant defeats like against Alexander Nevsky's Russian army and of course against the Mongols.

Quite honestly that armor they have looks like it would be really difficult to maneuver in.
