What is your opinion on these 3 facebook rules?

Supporting PKK, or PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan, will result in IP or Facebook account blocks

My questions: Why is this only for Turkey? What about the rest of the world? Why do these rules only apply for the PKK but not for Al Qaeda or Taliban or any other "terrorist" organization?

Is Facebook ruled by Turkish MIT or something?

In my opinion, this is an attack on the Kurdish people.
