ther upper Afghanistan is central Asian and the people there are mongoloid Caucasoid hybrids like uzbeks, hazara and tajiks.. southern Afghanistan is south Asian n people are predominantly Caucasoid.

Honestly I would say the country is truly at a crossroads. The geography can differ significantly depending on where you are. The south feels a lot like Iraq (very flat, pure sand) while the north feels very Central Asian (mountainous, caverns). Of its neighboring countries, I would say Afghanistan most closely resembles Iran and Tajikistan. There is nothing South Asian about it.
