Somehow create a situation in which each country although Muslim belongs to a different sect. Then somehow turn Islam
into a violent vengeful ideology. Next somehow put the most extreme proponents of these violent, sexist religious sects into power in each country and somehow make them arm themselves to the teeth. It won't be easy but we can do it.
