They're just lazy.
Overall, I think they're a Serb-Vlach-Albanian intermediate, a mixed stock of Slavic+natives.

They are obviously special in some sense, since they're the tallest people in the Balkans.

Before some months i have seen a video of some montenegrins dancing their "traditional dances" which were nothing but traditonal Albanians ones,with PLIS and the typical Albanian trousers.
Unfortuenly i am not finding the video

They were ethnic Serbs just with ancestry from montenegro.
