I don't understand the third option,tough.

Simply explained we could say many South Slavs are Slavicised indigenous population. I consider myself as Slavicised Romano-Illyrian.

Why? Zeljko Raznatovic Arkan was also Montenegrin* (read Serb)

They were ethnic Serbs just with ancestry from montenegro.

For example, even Slobodan Milošević was a Serb of Montenegrin descent, the first generation of his family to be born in Serbia. His daughter, Marija Milošević, and his brother, the former ambassador to Russia Borislav Milošević, declare themselves ethnic Montenegrin.

However,

Radovan Karadžić was born in Petnjica near Šavnik in PR Montenegro, Yugoslavia, to a family hailing from the Drobnjaci Serb clan.

They are obviously special in some sense, since they're the tallest people in the Balkans.

Its not about are they Montenegrins or not its about Dinaric Alps.

As someone who is from Montenegro , I can say this is no man's land.
Serbs are 30 % of populations
montenegrins are 40 % , rest is albanians (5 %) and bosniaks/muslims (10 %)
