He looks semetic from this picture, although I can imagine him looking like some modern greeks and macedonians.

Alexander was noted and famous for his wild brown hair which in art was depicted almost as a mane. So it def wasnt like the pic of the guy you posted.

Jesus was often pictured as having blue eyes, you have no reason to assume he didn't.
Anyways I think Alexander the Great was a cross between both 'extremes' being presented so far in this thread, and no, he doesn't look Semitic either
