Yes. But now, here is the question of the ethnogenesis of Slavs, before the Christianity, becouse we know nothing about it, before baptism. Mystery is of what is the result Proto-Balto-Slavic languages, an who spoke it, before mentioning "Slavorum" in the Roman chronicles. Becouse, even if Slavic language have some similarities with other Germanic languages, but with Iranic languages as well, this is a one unique language family. And other question, does it have some relations to East-Germanics indeed?
