I would like to see an independent Galicia, and a confederation of Iberian nations.

I wouldn't mind an independent Galicia, but given that Franco was Galician, I suppose being eternally Spanish is just punishment for his repression of all other groups.

How would Galicia survive independently of Spain? It is not resource rich. Of course, it could always merge with Portugal...

Not necessarily, I think something similar to the EU could be set in place where there would be a term limit for someone leading the confederation, and every Iberian nation would get a term.
