I think for the Jtest, you must compare your percentages to the averaged Ashkenazi percentages of the ethnicity you fall into per Eurogenes Jtest population source results. If you have an above average percentage in the Ashkenazi category per your ethnicity/source population, then it means you actually inherited some Jewish genes from an actual Jewish ancestor.
