About the same. I think it might be represented in a graph like this one with most Med traits on one side and Nordic ones on the other and most Europeans falling in the middle somewhere;

I'm mistaken often for Iberian, Greek proper and occasionally guessed correctly as Italian IRL.
Meh, I'd go with South in theory based on that but am curious if a northerner has had similar experience with say being mistaken for a NW Euro vs. central-Northern vs. Eastern/NE European.

It was interesting for me in that it was twice where a German would guess me as Iberian, and then once two Brazilians. They were all wrong naturally.
Greeks quite often think I'm Greek, both Greek Americans and Greeks proper.
The times I was guessed correctly were actually by an American and then one time an Iranian.
There's just so much overlap that really from what I've seen overtime, it can fool people regardless of which continent or region they're from
