^ why SRBIN-OV-SKI a popular Serbian name from Macedonia? You notice why l divided the surname into components? To illustrate first the bulgarisation of the initial surname of Srbinovic to SrbinOV then the later addition of Tito’s northern Slav suffix of SKI to make it unique for the area. Many Serbs of eastern Serbia underwent a bulgarisation of their surnames too you know.

Poll from June this year shows Macedonians still consider Serbs their closest of neighbours. Interesting also that more Macedonians supported the Prespa Agreement with the Greeks over the agreement with the Bulgarians.

I'm sure if a poll was done now, Bulgarian popularity would have plummeted even more.
Meanwhile Bulgaria has recalled the Macedonian ambassador in Sofia to protest against lists of known Bugarashi circulating in social media, burning of Bulgarian flags, plus other niceties.
