God Don't like Evil, Don't like unjust. immagine a person who killed or steal or did anything bad and he did not ask god forgevness and he simply get Away without punishment, the God is fair and he will have the fair punishment

FYI, There are many conditions before cutting someones hand for stealing or for sharia law in general.
1- The stealer has to be in sane condition and do not suffer from any mental illness
2- If the stealer or Thief was in need for what he/she stole due poverty or hunger, shria law can not be applied to him since he/she was in need.
3- The stealer has to judgment of Quran toward theft, if he does not than shria can not be applied on him.
4- Cutting a thief hand can not be applied unless he/she had stolen what is equivalent to 1/4 Grams of Gold, 3 Grams of silver or what equals in cash.
5- The crime has to be proved by two sane adult men (واشهدوا ذوي عدل من رجالكم)
from the above, it is obvious that Islam is not a blood thirst religion as you claim.
