Well, I would argue that the best results are for those countries that have a large GDP, but a small billionaire worth. For example, Poland has a total GDP of $514 115 000 000, while its billionaires have $9 800 000 000. In contrast, Ukraine has a total GDP of $165 245 000 000, i.e. thrice as little as Poland. But its billionaires are worth $32 100 000 000, which is thrice as much as Poland's.

Clearly Poland has a healthier situation.
